Senior Industrial Engineer ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced industrial engineers who can help train their latest language model on process optimization and systems engineering tasks.

We're looking for Senior and Principal industrial engineers with 5+ years at top manufacturers or industrial companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core IE workflows: process design and optimization, time-and-motion studies, capacity planning, workflow analysis, lean and Six Sigma documentation, and facilities layout design.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
