HIGH-LEVEL OVERVIEW

The Senior Import Analyst is a
subject matter expert who is responsible for managing and processing customs
entries submissions efficiently, ensuring imports are compliant with CBP and
PGA rules and regulations.

This is a remote/hybrid position based near Champlain,
NY. 

EXPECTATIONS

• Review and input customs data while maintaining high
  accuracy standards
• Prioritize and process high-urgency imports such as
  PAPS files to prevent shipment delays
• Monitor and resolve CBP and PGA holds, providing
  additional information and coordinating exams
• Coordinate with carriers, terminals/CFS, and
  government officers to schedule exams and submit ACE DIS documentation and
  Affirmations of Compliance
• Track ACE/ABI statuses, respond to FDA Notices of
  Action and CF-28/CF-29 to expedite release
• Provide clear updates to customers and internal
  teams to expedite release of goods
