Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in UAE facilities management or MEP contracting.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting chillers, FAHUs, and split AC units during peak summer conditions.
- Ability to close CAFM system tickets within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and replace defective compressors or motors.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with Dubai Municipality and JAFZA safety regulations.
