Senior Human Resources Leader - Mandarin Speaker

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Leader to support CDHORIZON’s business growth in Malaysia. The role will be responsible for building and managing the local HR function, supporting business expansion, ensuring local HR compliance, and acting as a strategic HR partner to the local management team.

The client has a preference for Mainland Chinese candidates with Malaysia or Southeast Asia HR management experience. However, exceptionally strong local candidates, especially Mandarin‑speaking Malaysian Chinese HR leaders with relevant experience, may also be considered.
