Scope of Work-

The Senior People and Culture (HR) Consultant will work under the direct guidance of Global People and Culture Manager on a daily basis to ensure important alignment and coordination with global HR initiatives and plans. The Yayasan Executive Board will be engaged at key milestones (Phase 1 and 2) to provide inputs and at Phase 3 to endorse the Implementation Plan.
