Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month contract position , with possible extensions in Calgary, Alberta. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position is 100% onsite in downtown Calgary. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.

Role Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic HR Partnerships, this role provides strategic HR support to leaders within our client’s Upstream – Canadian Thermal & Conventional Heavy Oil portfolio. Working closely with the broader Strategic HR Partnerships team, HR Centres of Excellence, and the People Services team, the successful candidate will help deliver HR programs and services that align with the organization's business objectives, people strategy, and operational priorities.
