Senior HRBP, UAE – Last Mile & Delivery Ops

Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations for delivery stations across the UAE. In this role, you will engage closely with management, ensuring compliance with HR policies while fostering high employee engagement and retention. You will also work on regional HR projects and provide expert input regarding local employment legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, along with over 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity across various operational environments. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships and delivering excellent HR services.
