Senior HR Transformation Analyst | SuccessFactors & ARIS

Deloitte 1 is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to spearhead HR transformation initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and proven abilities in process re-engineering. This on-site role demands strategic engagement with senior stakeholders to drive efficient and scalable HR processes.

The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities and facilitate workshops while documenting AS-IS processes and designing TO-BE models. A minimum of 12 months contract is offered.
