Annapurna is partnering with a leading international technology consulting and talent solutions business to appoint a Senior HR Operations Specialist based in Copenhagen.
This is a key role within the People function, responsible for leading HR operations across the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden and Norway). Reporting to the senior People leadership team, you'll own the employee lifecycle, oversee external payroll providers, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
