Senior HR Officer

Job Purpose:

  • The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver a value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for the tactical aspect of all HR functions across the business and provide all line managers and Principals with effective HR solutions which will assist them in driving and achieving their departmental goals.
