Senior HR Generalist, Retail IR & L&D (Klang Valley)

Jaya Grocer, an affiliate of Grab, seeks an HR Generalist to partner with the HRBP Manager across Klang Valley retail outlets. You will manage IR/ER, drive L&D initiatives, and oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.

You will coordinate quarterly outlet briefings, support performance reviews, manpower planning, and provide regional insights for workforce optimization.
