Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Senior HR Consultant to support a mining operation in Limpopo on a 3-month contract, bringing immediate expertise, practical leadership, and strong labour relations experience to the business.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional who has spent years operating within mining, heavy industry, or unionised environments and can quickly step in and add value from day one.

Union engagement and collective bargaining
Employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and dispute resolution
CCMA matters and labour law compliance
Workforce planning and organisational development
Change management and restructuring initiatives
Performance management and talent development
Employment Equity, BBBEE, Skills Development, and regulatory compliance
HR reporting, audits, and workforce analytics
