Senior HR Business Partner | International Remit | Individual Contributor | Base: SGD 220k/annum
Frazer Jones is exclusively appointed on a confidential basis to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner for a global business, with a strong and well‑established presence in its sector. This is a permanent, full‑time senior level HR role based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the successful candidate will be an individual contributor, partnering closely with the wider HRBP team and HR Centres of Excellence on organization‑wide people priorities. Our client is seeking a seasoned HR leader with experience operating in similarly complex, large-scale, multinational environments. This role will be instrumental in partnering specifically with the commercial teams, focusing on core topics such as strengthening succession planning, and shaping a future-ready workforce strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term ambitions.
