Senior HR Advisor - Singapore & NZ

RTX is seeking an HR Generalist to support Singapore and NZ operations. The role provides complex advisory across Total Rewards, L&D, Employee Relations and Reporting, reporting to the HR Operations Manager. You will advise People Managers and ensure compliant, high-quality HR service delivery.

You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, CoEs, vendors and BU HR partners while driving process improvements and knowledge transfer. A thorough understanding of local HR policy is essential.
