The People & Culture function is a lean, close-knit team based out of brand new Melbourne CBD office and the Sydney CBD office. This role is based in the Melbourne CBD office, with 1 day working from home.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Senior HR Advisor is the primary ER and advisory lead for the Victorian region and parts of South Australia. The P&C team of 7 manages approximately 200 formal ER cases nationally each year, covering unfair dismissal claims, general protections matters, workplace investigations and conciliations.
