The EMEALA (EMEA and Latin America) HCM team is made up of generalist HCM professionals who support the business through the full employee lifecycle. The team is highly collaborative, working closely together to deliver considered, high-quality HCM support and guidance. This is a senior and visible role within the team. The successful candidate will complement the Head of Human Capital Management and the other Senior HCM Business Partner, while also providing mentorship and direction to junior team members.
