Opportunity
Justlife is the GCC’s leading super app for home services. Over 15 million sessions delivered in 10+ cities across the GCC, mostly on the back of one growth marketer and a lot of instinct. The next 15 million won’t come the same way.
We’re hiring our second Senior Growth Marketing Manager to co‑own growth alongside an existing peer. Channels are saturating. Attribution is noisy. AI is rewriting how performance marketing works every quarter. We need someone who treats CAC, LTV, and incrementality as product surfaces, and who is still in the platforms shipping experiments themselves, not just directing people who do.
This is not a role for someone who wants to direct strategy from a deck. It’s a role for an operator who wants to build the growth engine that takes Justlife from regional leader to category‑defining.
