Compensation Range (CAD) $56,520 - $60,053 ($31.05-$33.00)

- Manage a portfolio of grant partnerships and maintain partner relationships.
- Support grant partners with project implementation, problem‑solving, and reporting.
- Oversee all stages of grant management, including partner validation, application assessment, contract drafting, approvals, and monitoring.
- Support grant program launch, orientation, and implementation.
- Ensure quality control and monitoring of assigned grant programs.
- Collaborate with program teams to address challenges and align solutions with grant partner needs.
