Senior Geotechnical Lead – Infrastructure & Hazards

WSP is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our Napier business, with flexibility to base in Napier, Taupo or Gisborne. You will lead major geotechnical projects across infrastructure, land development and hazard mitigation, delivering high‑quality solutions and strengthening client relationships.

You will bring 10+ years in geotechnical consultancy, Chartered Engineer status, and a collaborative approach to drive growth and ensure compliance with NZ standards.
