Senior Functional Safety Engineer

Our client is seeking Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Functional Safety Engineer, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Deliver functional safety products in accordance with ISO 26262 Part 5.
+ Perform safety analyses including Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA), and Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA).
+ Interpret custom mission profiles and accurately calculate component FIT (Failure in Time) rates.
+ Execute FMEDA activities using industry-standard tools such as Ansys Medini or Isograph.
