Remote from Ukraine | Contract → Full-Time | Equity + Milestone Bonuses We’re building a modern, AI-first CRM for recruiting — a complete greenfield product with rapid build cycles and real ownership. Goal: Launch MVP in 60 days, and make it enterprise-ready by Day 90. Your Role: Lead architecture and development of a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform. Build end-to-end: React frontend + Node.js/TypeScript or Python backend. Design APIs (REST/GraphQL), use Postgres + Redis for scale and performance. Integrate LLM APIs for AI features — search, matching, deduplication, and summaries. Implement CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability. Define coding standards, testing, RBAC, and security best practices. Collaborate directly with the founder and mentor future engineers.
