Overview
MRM is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of front‑end and back‑end development experience, along with familiarity with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics tools. The candidate should have a strong background in client‑side and server‑side implementations, A/B and multivariate testing, and data‑driven optimization. Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, optimization and personalization experiences using at.js and Web SDK.
- Develop and maintain client‑side (at.js) and server‑side Target implementations.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics for A4T reporting.
- Build and manage audiences and profiles leveraging behavioral, contextual, and CRM data.
