Responsibilities
- Lead the selection of our forward-looking frontend stack and develop a strategy for iteratively migrating our legacy frontend to the new architecture.
- Design and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance frontend solutions – delivering low-latency experiences across multiple regions using modern CDNs.
- Up-level engineering rigor across the team by mentoring engineers in best practices, design systems, component architecture, and testing strategies.
- Work closely with our design team on design systems, shared components, and delivering experiences that are both beautiful and reliable.
- Work closely with founders and product managers to understand the why behind each feature, and help drive alignment on frontend priorities alongside product priorities.
- Utilizing AI agents and leveraging them to derive feature work and productivity.
