Main Activities
Prepare ad hoc analyses to measure business performance, including cross-functional areas when needed.
Participate in weekly sales performance review meetings with the Sales team.
Support monthly close, annual planning, and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
Provide commentary and inputs for monthly financial presentations and reporting templates.
Participate in monthly financial review meetings as part of the Commercial FP&A supporting function.
Drive process standardization initiatives and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.
Prepare analyses and execute reporting related to incentive compensation plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals.
