Key Responsibilities:
Group Consolidations & Financial Statements: Lead the hands-on consolidation process across multiple international subsidiaries and divisions to compile and review pristine, audit-ready Annual Financial Statements (AFS).
Multi-Currency & Cross-Border Ledger Control: Oversee complex multi-currency transaction accounting, tracking foreign exchange adjustments and maintaining absolute balance sheet integrity across global entities.
Intercompany Account Reconciliation: Direct the meticulous balancing, reconciliation, and tracking of intricate intercompany loan accounts and transactional agreements across the group network.
Corporate Reporting Packs: Formulate and package comprehensive financial reporting dossiers, ensuring smooth communication flows between regional divisions and executive head office leadership.
