Internal control, process improvement

• Ensure strong internal control environment (ICF)
• Ensure relevant policies and procedures, process flows and SOP are developed and maintained
• Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations and review are performed in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Corporate policies & IFRS Conformity

• Ensure accurate and timely production of statutory financial statements (CREST, IFRS and local GAAP)
• Ensure fulfilment of DP DHL policies and IFRS/ Statutory/ Tax/ legal requirements

Receivables

• Oversee the billing function and month-end responsibilities on revenue and associated accruals, including but not limited to:
• AR - Invoicing & accruals in line with contracts
• AR - Intercompany disputes & resolutions
• AR - Collections & aging debt
