GlobalStep is a creative and technical services company to the video games industry. We work with the world’s leading game studios and publishers from delivery centers in India, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Romania, and Portugal. We are approximately 1,200 people across six countries, operating through thirteen legal entities, and serving more than one hundred paying clients.
We are privately held and founder-led. We run lean, move fast, and care deeply about the craft of the work we do. We are now building a stronger Finance function to support the next phase of our growth — and this role is the operational anchor of that function.
