Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor Financial Analysts and General Accountants
• Develop timely financial statements compliant with GAAP
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Implement internal controls and financial policies
• Prepare the organization's year-end charitable tax return
