Senior Finance Leader: FP&A, Strategy & Compliance

Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials seeks a Senior Finance Lead to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple entities in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead the accounting team, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial performance under the CFO’s guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in finance, with UAE experience and IFRS/Tax knowledge, and will oversee treasury, costing, and governance across the group.
