Rare earth elements (REEs) power technologies such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, and advanced electronics. Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is at the forefront of building the REE industry right here in Saskatchewan and we’re looking for a Senior Field Operator to be part of operating our Rare Earth Processing Facility.

This role is responsible for performing safe, disciplined field operations across the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU), the Solvent Extraction Unit (SXU), and Balance of Plant (BOP), including outdoor utilities and tank farm activities. The Senior Field Operator will be operating local control systems and equipment, handling hazardous chemicals, completing field checks and line‑ups, and supporting startup and shutdown activities. This role will require shift work as the facility functions under 24/7 operations.
