Senior Facilities Manager – Industrial Properties

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee daily operations and maintenance of industrial properties. You will manage service providers, handle tenant feedback, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include site inspections, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating tenant fit-out works across multiple sites. Flexibility to be posted across Singapore is required. Diploma in Building/Facilities Management preferred.
