Senior Facilities Manager/ Facilities Manager

Location: The work location will be at MOE schools in either the North or East region.

5 days working.

• At least 10 years and above of relevant working experiences in a supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience providing IFM services.
• SIFMA Certified FM Expert (CFME) (Tier 3) certification or higher.

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites, ensuring building services and M&E systems remain operational, safe, and compliant.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance works while ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as the key liaison with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and service providers, addressing operational issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
