Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Design and deliver training modules, deploying Global EY training content.
• Deliver behavioural training programs and training on use of L&D tools.
• Assist in L&D Operations.
• Interface with AM‑L&D and other team members to understand and cater to learning needs.
• Publish and manage training calendars, drive nominations through internal communication, and coordinate with training delivery partners and stakeholders.
• Own and deliver learning‑related projects such as New Hire Orientation and Higher Education, managing data and reporting.
• Monitor quality of training delivery with partners.
