Job Description
We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to join our team as a technical authority in transmission and gearbox design. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening core competencies and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that support business growth and strategic projects.

Your role and responsibilities
- Leading and executing complex transmission and gearbox development projects
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners (e.g., universities, engineering companies)
- Developing, reviewing, and approving advanced technical solutions with a focus on performance and cost efficiency
