Senior Executive - Volunteer Management

To oversee development, implementation and constant improvement of the Volunteer Management (VM) structure, process and centre compliance in MWS.

• Support the development, implementation and constant improvement of the Volunteer Management (VM) structure and process and centre compliance.
• Responsible for implementing overall VM strategy and plan which include:
• Giving input on volunteering programmes and community outreach projects in discussion/collaboration with MWS centres and other stakeholders (churches, corporates, schools)
• Supporting the development of relevant training content as well as trainers to equip volunteers to perform their job roles
• Establishing and leveraging on volunteer relationships to develop deeper and more sustainable partnerships for MWS
