Staff Management: Administer staff movements, including contract renewals, emplacements, leave management, and status changes, ensuring compliance, timeliness and seamless transitions.
Manage the end-to-end retirement and re-employment process, providing guidance to employees and supporting workforce continuity through effective retirement and re-employment planning.
