Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

Role Objective

Detail and quality oriented professional, dedicated to ensuring the production of products free of defects by meticulously testing and auditing production processes. Improved quality procedures and trained new staff on policies to ensure the safety of final products.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Assist superior in conducting internal audit (i.e., food quality, safety and hygiene system) and external audit (suppliers).
• Assist superior to conduct mock recall.
• Arrange equipment for external calibration as per schedule and ensure certifications are filed and up to date.
• Design and prepare forms and checklist for quality check and process monitoring.
• Schedule and arrange the samples for internal or external testing. Instruct to release or on-hold the products.
