Senior Executive - M&E

Responsibilities

1. Oversees daily operations, maintenance, and safety of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure compliance with standards and budget, typically leading a team and managing vendors.
2. Drive strategic facility goals, optimize space utilization, manage renovations, and coordinate facility services.
3. Assist the team in overseeing general and emergency repair and maintenance works for the M&E services installation executed within an acceptable timeframe.
4. Ensure minimum downtime of M&E services installation.
5. Planning and execution of preventive maintenance on the M&E services installation.
6. Supervising and coordinate contractors on any M&E works, repair, maintenance, upgrading works.
7. Conduct regular inspections of the M&E services installation.
8. Ensure accurate records are kept for M&E services installation, accordance with ISO requirement.
