Senior Executive/ Manager, Organisational Excellence

As a Senior Executive/ Manager, Organisational Excellence in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will strengthen the Ministry’s resilience and operational effectiveness by managing the Ministry’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and systems-level improvement efforts to help HQ divisions identify and address risks early. By proactively driving a risk-based approach and building capabilities across the Ministry, you will enable teams to identify and resolve underlying challenges at their source, while contributing to broader organisational excellence initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
