Position Summary

The Senior Executive, Flight Safety Investigator is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Flight Operations Safety Management System (SMS) by conducting comprehensive safety investigations, analysing operational safety occurrences, and promoting a proactive safety culture. The role ensures that all safety reports and investigations are managed objectively, completed within established timelines, and result in effective corrective and preventive actions to mitigate operational risks and prevent recurrence.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct safety investigations involving flight crew, cabin crew, dispatchers, and other Flight Operations personnel by gathering evidence, analysing data, identifying root causes, and preparing comprehensive investigation reports.
