Senior Executive, Corporate Development & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the development, coordination, and monitoring of the Company's Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and other performance management initiatives.
• Co-lead the Corporate Development unit and jointly manage the pooling of executives within GCDS.
• Manage corporate finance assignments, including valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial advisory matters.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and provide project advisory support.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, appraise investments, and provide recommendations to management.
• Analyse management accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
• Advise on and prepare proposals for fund-raising and capital-raising exercises.
• Monitor the progress of corporate finance submissions with relevant authorities and ensure timely and appropriate responses to regulatory queries.
