Job Description
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager performs and coordinates key HR operational activities for the faculty population, supporting smooth and timely service delivery. Core responsibilities include administering exit management, faculty hiring and contract renewals, as well as managing updates to concurrent appointments, including those involving University Senior Leaders. The position also supports a range of faculty employment matters, such as preparing letter addenda, processing job changes, handling other appointment-related updates, and providing secretariat support for off-site meetings.
In addition, the Senior Executive / Assistant Manager contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, digitalise workflows, and implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
