Job Summary

• Reports to the CFO and oversees corporate finance activities across multiple hospitals and related companies.
• Coordinates with holding company, legal, company secretary, and administrative teams on finance matters.
• Manages corporate communications and reporting to shareholders (including doctors and corporate investors).
• Prepares and supports board meetings, shareholder documentation, and performance reviews.
• Handles general corporate administration and ensures smooth execution of related functions.
