Senior Executive / Assistant Director (Compliance & Professional Standards)

You will be part of the Licensing & Regulation of Insolvency Practitioners Division (LRIPD) of the Insolvency & Public Trustee’s Office (IPTO). You will assist the Licensing Officer who oversees the licensing and regulation of insolvency practitioners (IPs) to ensure the fair and responsible administration of insolvency and restructuring matters in Singapore.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assessing the merits of new and renewal applications for the grant of an IP licence
• Undertaking monitoring and compliance‑related work to ensure that the IPs maintain professional standards of conduct, and comply with the relevant statutory requirements
• Investigating complaints made against IPs in respect of alleged professional misconduct / non‑compliance with statutory obligations on the part of the IP
