Senior Exec - Admissions (Full-Time Prog) [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Yr Contract

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

• In-charge of (a) ITE Joint Intake Exercises; and (b) MOE Joint Admissions Exercise and ITE Intake exercise for Nitec to Higher Nitec Progression for full-time education programmes, involving the planning, formulation and implementation of policies, strategies and processes in specific functional areas.
• Applications processing and assessment, handling appeals, drafting emails/messages, preparing and presenting documents/reports, identifying and proposing manual processes for digitalisation or automation, carrying out administrative matters and ad-hoc projects/duties.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (prior experience in a similar environment is an advantage).
