Job Title: Senior Event Manager (Parkhurst, Johannesburg)

Main Purpose:
As a Senior Event Manager, you will report to the owner or co-owner or anyone in charge
.
Responsibilities:
•Day to day management of scheduled events
•Co-ordination of stakeholders, setting of meetings, agendas, taking minutes and distribution of minutes to relevant stakeholders
•Liaison and management of suppliers to events
•Liaison and management of venues for events
•Develop, manage and reconcile budgets
•Liaise with clients on an on-going basis in a professional and ethical manner
•Invitation and RSVP Process, including the management of delegate logistics pertaining to an event
•Source and manage development of promotional items for specific events and campaigns
•Develop, brief and manage design of collateral elements for specific events or campaigns
