Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects.
- Evaluate cost‑effective alternatives and risk factors.
- Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions.
- Represent company in technical‑commercial discussions with clients.
- Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
- Extensive knowledge of aluminium, glass, cladding, and curtain wall pricing.
- Proven track record in preparing winning quotations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
