Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, fit-out, and multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Develop competitive tender submissions and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to ensure cost optimization and resource alignment.
- Implement digital estimation tools and maintain updated cost databases.
- Conduct risk analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities during the bidding process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering proposals.
- Monitor market trends, material prices, and labor rates to maintain competitive advantage.
