Job Summary

Strategic Tendering & Commercial Authority – Take full ownership of the tendering process from initial receipt of tender documents to final submission and post-tender negotiations. Analyse tender requirements to determine project viability, risk factors and strategic approach. Exercise authorized decision‑making regarding margin applications, contingency planning and competitive pricing strategies. Lead tender review meetings with executive leadership presenting clear commercial rationales for proposed bid amounts.

Estimation & Value Engineering

Oversee the preparation of detailed accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural drawings, specifications and scope of work. Identify opportunities for Value Engineering (VE) early in the process proposing alternative materials or methodologies to improve client budgets without compromising design intent or company margins.
