£450 per day (Inside IR35) Full-Time 37 Hours per Week Initial 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our clients for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Property Services & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Estates Surveyor to manage a varied commercial property portfolio, leading on rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant matters while helping to maximise the value of the clients estate. ## The Role You will manage a substantial caseload, ensuring rent reviews and lease renewals are completed within required timescales while providing professional property advice across the clients estate. ### Key Responsibilities Manage rent reviews and lease renewals from instruction through to completion.
